Returns
(a) Eligibility: We do not accept returns only exchange replacement for products that are defective, damaged, or do not meet your expectations. Please contact our customer service at info@beamray.com within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange and replacement for defective or damaged items.
(b) Condition of the Product: To be eligible for an exchange or replacement for your defective or damaged item, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
(c) Proof of Purchase: To complete your exchange, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
(a) Refund Process: We do not accept refunds but we will exchange your unused defective or damaged product within 10 days of receipt of your order.
(b) Refund Method: We will not refund your order unless you do not receive your order within 9 months of placing your order. After 9 months have passed and you have still not received your order, only then will we refund the order by the method of which the order was placed. All of our products made and manufactured by Frequency Technologies, LLC are proprietary and distinguished products and we do not have the capacity to refund orders once the order is placed for all Beam Ray Products purchased on our website or in-store.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with details and photos of the defective or damaged product.
Shipping
(a) Return Shipping: We do not accept returns, only exchanges, and we will create the return label to exchange for you.
(b) Exchange Shipping: If you are shipping an item for an exchange due to a defect or damage, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Cancellations
You can not cancel your order once it is placed. Once your order is placed your order is sent directly to our engineering department. Frequency Technologies, LLC can not cancel the order once it is placed.
