Returns
(a) Eligibility: We do not accept returns only exchange replacement for products that are defective, damaged, or do not meet your expectations. Please contact our customer service at info@beamray.com within the specified number of days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
(b) Condition of the Product: To be eligible for an exchange replacement for your defective or damaged item, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
(c) Proof of Purchase: To complete your exchange, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
(a) Refund Process: We do not accept refunds but we will exchange your unused defective or damaged product within 10 days of receipt of your order.
(b) Refund Method: We will not refund your order unless you do not receive your order within 9 months of placing your order. We only then will replace the order by the method of which the order was placed.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with details and photos of the defective or damaged product.
Shipping
(a) Return Shipping: We do not accept returns only exchanges.
(b) Exchange Shipping: If you are shipping an item for an exchange due to a defect or damage, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Cancellations
You can not cancel your order once it is placed. Once your order is placed your order is sent directly to our engineering department. Frequency Technologies, LLC can not cancel the order once it is placed.
